At Crafted Sheds, we are committed to delivering high-quality outdoor structures designed for durability, reliability, and long-term use. Because many of our products are large, freight-shipped, or made-to-order, our return and refund policies are structured to reflect the nature of these products.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, orders may have entered processing or production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Returns
Due to the size and nature of our products, most items are non-returnable once shipped. We strongly encourage customers to review product details carefully and contact us with any questions prior to placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
We will work with the manufacturer or supplier to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair, or product replacement when applicable.
Delivery Inspection Requirement
Customers must inspect all freight deliveries at the time of arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately. Failure to report damage at delivery may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available in cases of damaged or defective items and are subject to product availability.
Delivery Refusals
If a shipment is refused for reasons not related to damage or error, the customer may be responsible for return freight charges and applicable fees.
Refunds
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation and supplier policies. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

- Installed or assembled structures
- Products that have been used or modified after delivery
Product Assembly and Installation
Customers are responsible for proper site preparation and installation. Crafted Sheds is not responsible for issues resulting from improper assembly or installation.
